Cool Wave Refrigerant strictly adheres to all regulations set forth by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the sale and handling of refrigerants.
Certification Requirement
Under federal law, only individuals or entities with valid EPA Section 608 or Section 609 certification are authorized to purchase and handle regulated refrigerants.
Before completing a purchase, customers must:

Provide a copy of a valid EPA certification for the individual who will handle or install the refrigerant, or

Confirm that the refrigerant is being purchased for resale to an EPA-certified technician or company.
Certification verification is required during checkout. Orders that do not comply with EPA certification requirements may be delayed, canceled, or refunded.
